”  I am using Exiland Backup Professional to back up open (locked) files Outlook (*.pst). I had the problem in that some files containing national symbols were not be copied via FTP. I contacted technical support of Exiland Software. The guys found the cause of the error and fixed it only in 2 hours! I was pleasantly surprised by such an attentive attitude to customers.
 

Fast scanning of FTP directories
